Role Summary: The Treasury Sales Officer plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive treasury solutions to Private Bank clients. This position requires close collaboration with client-facing teams to identify sales opportunities and provide the necessary product expertise to ensure optimal client solutions. The Treasury Sales Officer serves as an integral part of the Private Bank team, focusing on complex client needs, including those of Family Offices, Real Estate entities, Private Equity firms, and Business Owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive revenue growth and enhance profitability through effective client engagement, strategic planning, and portfolio management.
  2. Collaborate with bankers and product specialists to tailor treasury solutions that align with client needs and bank profitability.
  3. Lead pricing negotiations and discussions to optimize client relationships and achieve year-over-year growth.
  4. Promote digital adoption by encouraging the use of mobile and real-time payment solutions while addressing key client-centric issues.
  5. Mentor and develop Treasury Sales Analysts and junior Treasury Sales Officers to support client deliverables effectively.
  6. Maintain a strong focus on client needs, industry expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of banking structures.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Treasury or Cash Management Sales.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Engaged and passionate team player with a strong commitment to client service and community involvement.
  • Ability to challenge conventional approaches and drive innovative solutions.
  • Confident communicator who values feedback and builds strong relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience in sales and client relationship management.
  • In-depth knowledge of treasury management products and services.
  • Proven experience working with Private Bank clients.
  • Strong negotiation and active listening skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to foster strong partnerships and rapport with clients.
  • Effective management of competing priorities while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Proactive engagement with internal partners to identify sales opportunities.
  • Ability to balance client needs with risk management considerations.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
