Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Hobart Service. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service solutions to our customers, ensuring their commercial food equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair a variety of commercial food equipment, including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration units.
  • Customer Service: Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Productivity and Quality: Meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED and 2-4 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience.
  • License and Certification: Valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily.
  • Availability: Ability to work overtime and on-call as required.
  • Training: Ability to attend industry-leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH.
