Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, facilitating effective communication between office staff and field technicians, and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by addressing inquiries and providing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and field technicians to ensure outstanding service delivery and accurate service repair estimates.
  • Execute data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain professional communication, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organize workloads efficiently to meet customer service requests promptly.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service is required.
  • Experience in a call center environment (inbound/outbound) is essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
  • Mechanical or technical knowledge, particularly in refrigeration or HVAC, is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient data entry skills.
  • Availability for a shift from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM is required.
