- Excavate and refill trenches for the installation of manholes, pipes, valves, and fittings.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on company vehicles and machinery.
- Utilize hand tools and small equipment effectively.
- Follow established safety procedures and standards diligently.
- Assist as a crew member when not engaged in equipment operation.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret safety regulations, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) as necessary for job functions.
- Possession of a valid Alabama Driver's License with Class A CDL; DOT Gas Pipeline Operator Qualifications; Plastic Fusion Certification; CPR/First Aid Certification; and relevant safety training.
