Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager to lead and drive the holistic campaign strategy for the small business/commercial segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of creating and executing cross-functional marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies that align with business goals and drive growth in the small business/commercial segment.
  • Design and optimize customer journeys across various touchpoints to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Take full ownership of campaign success, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional marketing programs, working closely with product marketing, digital marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Drive the expansion of campaigns on a global scale, tailoring strategies to different regions and markets to maximize impact.
  • Develop and manage robust reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns in real-time, making adjustments to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on integrated campaign management.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for the small business/commercial segment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Experience with global campaign management and market expansion.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with journey orchestration tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
