About The Role

Roku is seeking an Ad Operations Associate to join the expanding Brand Experiences team. In this role, you will facilitate the launch of campaigns and ensure adherence to standard processes and quality assurance protocols. This position involves utilizing various platforms to deliver tailored campaigns that boost user engagement within the Roku Ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eagerness to develop their technical skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving capabilities. The position will collaborate with senior team members and report to the Senior Manager of Ad Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize third-party tools to confirm that ad creatives comply with specifications
  • Work in partnership with Client Services and Brand Activation Managers to ensure seamless campaign launches
  • Oversee and guarantee the quality of high-profile and time-sensitive campaign launches
  • Design and implement custom ad experiences using technical systems
  • Serve as a liaison among various teams through effective communication
  • Consult with Product and Engineering teams to evaluate new campaign strategies
  • Propose enhancements to systems and tools to boost productivity
  • Proactively resolve technical issues and escalate when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising operations or quality assurance
  • Familiarity with ad serving tools and platforms
  • Experience in digital advertising with premium publishers or agencies
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Curious, proactive, and process-oriented mindset
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting technical challenges
