Your primary objective will be to enhance pipeline and annual recurring revenue growth through the development and execution of search engine marketing and other paid advertising strategies, with the goal of doubling our pipeline from these efforts within the next 12 to 18 months.

Proficiency in B2B SaaS marketing and the creation of successful paid advertising campaigns will be crucial for your success, along with strong analytical skills to assess results.

Key Outcomes
  1. Develop a comprehensive SEM and paid advertising strategy to achieve a twofold increase in pipeline.
  2. Secure a top position in paid search results for our key business objectives.
  3. Continuously refine copy, calls-to-action, and landing pages to lower cost per acquisition and enhance return on investment.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in agency and/or B2B SaaS search engine marketing.
  • Proven track record of attracting both small and medium-sized businesses as well as large enterprise leads through SEM.
  • Direct experience contributing to a twofold or greater growth in SEM within a paid advertising role.
  • Familiarity with search engine marketing, paid social media, and display advertising.
  • Experience with bidding algorithms to achieve exceptional results, such as Skai and Marin.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to track and optimize the entire advertising acquisition funnel.
  • Proficient in using platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Advertising, Hubspot, and 6Sense.
  • A desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of programs and making a significant impact on business success.
  • Experience working with a global perspective to assist regional teams in executing campaigns worldwide.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects across teams.
