Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at DeMaio's Incorporated. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and has strong administrative skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including preparing proposals, invoices, and other documents. They will also assist with scheduling construction projects, coordinating various components of the project, and filling out form letters and reports.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
DeMaio's Incorporated is a reputable environmental contracting, consulting, and engineering firm serving the State of New Jersey since 1976. We hold multiple licenses and certifications, including the NJDEP Solid Waste Transporter License and full Pollution Liability Insurance coverage.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
