Administrative Operations Coordinator
About the Position:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Malibu Events in New Jersey. As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling correspondence.
Your responsibilities will include managing calendars and scheduling appointments, preparing materials and arranging logistics for meetings and events, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems and databases. You will also assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports, and provide general administrative support to the team.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, have excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits and Compensation:We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, health insurance benefits, retirement savings plan with employer matching, paid time off and holidays, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
