Job Summary

The Law Offices Of John Allegra LLC is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator - Litigation Support to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office and Google Chrome, and be proficient in filing on eCourts. Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Filing on eCourts
  • Drafting pleadings, complaints, motions, answers to interrogatories, discovery demands, and deposition notices.
  • Manage discovery end dates, statutes of limitations, and deadlines.
  • Meticulously manage diary.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails from clients, court personnel, law firms, and medical offices.
  • MAIL AND EMAILS MUST BE PRIORITIZED. Must print/open all mail, date stamp each one, and log into diary with precision.
  • General office duties such as calendaring, filing, scanning, and faxing.

What You'll Need
  • 2+ years of experience as a paralegal or administrative coordinator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  • Proficient in Google Chrome

Our Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
