Clinical Healthcare Professional

Penn State Health, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a skilled Clinical Healthcare Professional to join our Medical Surgical Inpatient team in Enola, Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop individualized care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer nursing care to patients with diverse medical conditions, including pain management and medication administration.
- Maintain open communication with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Certified as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- AHA BLS and ACLS certification required prior to the end of orientation.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits package includes competitive pay, tuition reimbursement, PAWS UP employee recognition program, and more.
