Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at NETZSCH United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing market share penetration in the Food/Personal Care division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build relationships with key customers, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical and commercial support to distributors in the Food/Personal Care market, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to succeed.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed region sales revenue plans, including researching and recommending new sales partners and providing training to sales partner staff.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market trends, sales growth strategies, and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Representation: Represent NETZSCH at trade shows and industry events, building relationships with key customers and promoting our products and services.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience selling industrial equipment, preferably pumps within the Food, Personal Care, and/or Hygienic industries.
  • Skillset: Solid negotiation skills, ability to communicate, persuade, strategize, and cooperate; driven to achieve results; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; excellent organizational skills; and ability to speak in front of groups.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 70% as required to achieve sales goals, with occasional international trips to other NETZSCH entities.
