About the Role

Pavemetrics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory plans to prioritize leads and opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Global Sales to analyze sales reports and develop strategies for improvement
  • Manage and coach channel partners to drive sales growth
  • Provide market intelligence to inform product development and forecasting
  • Research and identify emerging prospects and develop new relationships
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and meetings to customers and partners
  • Update the CRM with prospect information and sales activities
Requirements
  • 8 years of B2B sales experience
  • NDT/NDE or Vision/Optics systems experience preferred
  • Diploma in a technical or business-related subject
  • Experience in the rail industry or other transportation infrastructure sectors
  • Strong negotiation, relationship building, and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English
