About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Mettler-Toledo. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding regional targets in the southwest territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve sales growth and exceed regional targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and channel partners.
  • Proactively penetrate new accounts and generate business at existing sites.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitive activity, and other information that may be of value for corporate goal attainment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed sales forecasts and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years' sales experience, including people management.
  • Experience with channel partners is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP or another CRM platform.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% overnight and 20% local within assigned territory.
