Regional Sales Manager

End 2 End Technologies LLC is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing market share by proactively prospecting, pursuing, and closing new business while managing industrial energy customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers to drive sales growth.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Participate in sales calls and meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- 2+ years of sales experience in the oil and gas, electric, and water utilities industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
