Job Summary

IDEX is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Eastern Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our sales channel in the region, working closely with regional independent sales partners to increase sales and market share.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with experience in selling capital equipment to municipalities or industrial accounts. You will be responsible for developing and executing plans with sales partners to achieve annual unit/revenue sales goals, as well as assisting with key account/high value sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop our sales channel in the Eastern Region
  • Work closely with regional independent sales partners to increase sales and market share
  • Develop and execute plans with sales partners to achieve annual unit/revenue sales goals
  • Assist with key account/high value sales opportunities
  • Provide technical support and training to sales partners

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of sales management experience
  • Proven track record of success in selling capital equipment to municipalities or industrial accounts
  • Strong technical understanding of video inspection products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
