Clinical Role Overview

Clinicians at Community Wellness Ventures LLC play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to our clients. As a member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, therapy, counseling, and support services for individuals experiencing mental health issues, communication challenges, or family conflict.

You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Your primary focus will be on establishing trusting relationships with patients and their families, conducting ongoing assessments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, counseling, and support services for diverse caseloads.
  • Establish trusting relationships with patients and their families.
  • Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain thorough records of patient meetings and progress.
  • Contribute to the practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
