Part-Time Administrative Assistant Opportunity

About the Role:

As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calls, and coordinating meeting logistics. You will also interact with clients and visitors, requiring a professional and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Provide administrative support to staff members
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and arrangements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $18-22/hr. This is a flexible part-time role that can accommodate your schedule.
