Position Summary

We are seeking a Vice President of Organizational Culture and Diversity who will lead our initiatives in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across our organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our workforce mirrors the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of the learners we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligns with our corporate goals, establishing measurable objectives to assess the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Program Oversight: Manage the creation and implementation of DEI programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to derive insights and evaluate the success of DEI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Engagement and Communication: Promote our DEI vision both internally and externally, attracting a diverse talent pool while regularly updating stakeholders on progress.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Collaborate with leaders at all levels, from executive management to employee resource groups, to drive DEI strategies and foster a culture of inclusivity.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in progressive management roles, with at least 3 years focused on DEI, talent management, or organizational change.
  • A strong commitment to diversity and a proven track record of cultivating an inclusive workplace.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in using data to inform decisions and tell compelling stories that drive organizational change.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in addressing complex issues related to diversity and inclusion.
  • Background in facilitating training and managing diversity-related initiatives.
  • Expertise in aligning DEI efforts with recruitment strategies.
