Position: Regional Sales Manager (Automotive Sector)

The Regional Sales Manager is tasked with overseeing and optimizing the operational functions of the organization. This role is crucial for enhancing performance, productivity, and profitability through effective strategies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate various operational areas within the organization.
  • Enhance processes and policies to align with organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maximize efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Manage recruitment and placement of necessary personnel. Establish organizational frameworks, delegate responsibilities, and supervise staff performance.
  • Coordinate the efforts of departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing, and distribution. Monitor and enhance performance while ensuring product quality and employee productivity.
  • Oversee support services such as Human Resources, Accounting, and Finance to improve efficiency and facilitate communication.
  • Manage customer support initiatives and assist in planning sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic operational plans.
  • Participate in special projects or tasks as requested by supervisors that may extend beyond the typical scope of this role.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma is mandatory.
  • Completion of relevant college coursework or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing is essential.
  • At least 5 years of management or supervisory experience is required.
  • Experience in managing multi-shift operations is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Safe Launch (GP-12) operations and procedures is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including off-shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
