Position Overview
The Retail Store Manager (RSM) is accountable for the comprehensive sales and operational performance of the designated retail location under the supervision of Prime Communications. The RSM is instrumental in driving sales success and ensuring operational excellence across all facets of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Engagement:
    Responsible for the implementation of sales strategies and customer service initiatives. Foster an environment that promotes exceptional customer experiences and empowers team members to excel.
  • Leadership and Development:
    Inspire and motivate team members through effective coaching and support. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Operational Management:
    Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain a well-organized store environment that reflects the brand's values.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track sales metrics and operational standards, providing feedback and recognition to team members based on performance outcomes.
  • Inventory Control:
    Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate reporting. Address any discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain operational integrity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months in a sales management role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for extended periods to provide excellent customer service.

The RSM plays a critical role in ensuring that all Retail Sales Consultants (RSC) and Assistant Store Managers (ASM) achieve their sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
