Job Summary

Invictus International Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Asset Manager I to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for handling the receiving, packing, crating, coordinating, and processing receipts and shipments. You will also utilize the Property Management System to update records and track property throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, pack, crate, and coordinate shipments and receipts
  • Update records and track property using the Property Management System
  • Inspect, tag, and post incoming property and material into the system
  • Perform annual inventories and process excess property via a disposition program
  • Verify shipment contents and compare with records to ensure accuracy
  • Oversee the transportation of classified and unclassified IT equipment
  • Maintain a reserve of shipping materials and supplies
  • Interpret data on logistics elements and implement new or improved supply chain processes
  • Assist with acquisition, logistics management, equipment and spares database management, shipping and tracking, and Supply Chain Risk Management compliance
  • Write technical copies of documents and assist in preparing operations documentation

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working in a DoD or IC environment preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50lbs, and work independently in a high-paced environment
  • Proficient in accurately entering logistics-related data into databases and excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to quickly process and assimilate large volumes of data
