Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team at 3L Logistics Inc. in Columbia, Missouri. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of drivers, ensuring timely delivery of packages, and maintaining a safe and efficient delivery process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of drivers to deliver packages within a designated territory.
  • Assign pickups and ensure all pickups are completed on time.
  • Communicate with drivers and management to ensure a smooth daily plan.
  • Monitor driver productivity and optimize route planning for a designated territory.
  • Assist drivers in completing their routes and delivering packages as needed.
  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle to deliver goods to customers.
  • Complete logs and reports to track delivery progress.

Requirements:

  • Age 21+ years old.
  • Safe driving record.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Pass a state and federal background check.
  • Pass a DOT drug test.
  • Pass a DOT Physical.
