**Job Summary**

William H. Davis CPA is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Professional to provide support for daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have excellent time management skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the Administrative Manager and other team members as needed
  • Manage and maintain all office files and documents
  • Process and prepare tax returns and other financial documents
  • Assist with greeting and assisting clients upon arrival
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, faxing, scanning, and copying

**Requirements:**

  • 1 year of administrative experience
  • High school diploma
  • Basic computer programs, such as Outlook and Microsoft Office
  • Tax experience a plus, but not mandatory
