Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Legal Receptionist to join our team at Maronick Law LLC. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our attorneys and clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Client Support
    • Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries and providing information to clients and attorneys.
    • Take messages and relay important information to the relevant parties.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management
    • Coordinate appointments, interviews, and consultations with clients and attorneys.
    • Manage multiple calendars, ensuring accurate and up-to-date scheduling.
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist with translations and interpretation services for attorneys during meetings and phone calls.
    • Prepare and distribute mail, including collecting, sorting, and recording receipts.
    • Support the filing and organization of court documents and case files.
  • Financial Transactions
    • Process payments and record receipts for services.
  • General Office Administration
    • Perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements
  • Language Skills
    • Proficiency in English and another language (bilingual or multilingual).
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
