We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who will play a crucial role in our organization. This individual will be tasked with welcoming customers, clients, vendors, employment applicants, and other visitors, while also managing incoming phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register incoming visitors, providing them with identification badges.
  • Conduct Visual Compliance Screening and escort visitors as required.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and reorder supplies as necessary.
  • Prepare mailing labels for packages and manage incoming mail/packages.
  • Perform light clerical duties, including word processing, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Assist in processing vendor invoices.
  • Support the receiving and documentation of deliveries.
  • Other responsibilities may include organizing and filing documents.
  • Prepare documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
