  • Provide primary IT support for system and network issues
  • Proactively maintain and upgrade network, desktops, laptops, and servers
  • Work with users to resolve hardware and software issues
  • Maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords
  • Support and administer third-party applications
  • Ensure system security and data integrity
  • Monitor system alerts and notifications
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Director

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Related professional IT certifications (Microsoft, VMWare, or CompTIA)
  • Good working knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/priorities
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and transport equipment
  • Some travel required
