Administrative Operations Coordinator

Mesa Associates, Inc. is a leading engineering, procurement, and construction management firm seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This role will provide administrative support to business unit staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to learn custom project management software.
We offer a competitive salary range of $38,400-$60,000 per year, based on experience, education, and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, holiday pay, medical insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan, matching contributions, section 125 cafeteria plan, long-term care insurance, tuition reimbursement, fitness center reimbursement, and annual performance bonuses.
This position requires a minimum of two years' experience in an administrative role and a strong foundation in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with database programs and Adobe Acrobat is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:- Perform general administrative duties for business unit staff
- Coordinate business unit purchases as needed
- Maintain business unit training database
- Arrange employee travel arrangements
- Organize business unit functions and events
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type at least 60 wpm
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with peers and customers
