We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team on a short-term contract basis. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support and exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining organized systems and procedures, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing front desk operations and reception duties
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum
