About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administration Specialist to join our HVAC Warranty Team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our Customer Care Center, you will provide administrative support to our Distributor Network, ensuring seamless warranty coverage and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to our Distributor Network, ensuring timely and accurate warranty coverage updates.
  • Communicate with Distributors and Homeowners to resolve warranty-related issues.
  • Process escalated warranty claim exceptions, working closely with Senior Warranty Admin Staff and Management Team.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records in our CRM system.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Dependability, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Word and Excel.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
