About the Role:

The Warranty Administration Analyst serves as a crucial link between customers and the Warranty Administration team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate contract and warranty execution, reviewing estimates, advising clients on their contractual rights, and analyzing data to create straightforward bids and reports related to service contracts and product warranties. The analyst will also evaluate existing processes to identify areas for enhancement and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess three daily error reports related to model and part numbers that did not transfer correctly.
  • Review and refresh customer-facing documents available on HVAC partner platforms, creating new documentation as needed.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Provide training to both internal and external stakeholders upon request.
  • Support customers through various communication channels.
  • Analyze and adjudicate warranty claims submitted through the aftermarket network exceeding specified dollar thresholds.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warranty and customer service.
  • At least 1 year of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of warranty experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer interaction.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint.
  • Experience in strategic problem-solving and managing multiple challenges concurrently.
  • Proactive in leading and guiding projects and resolving issues.

Pay Range:

$61,213 - $107,122 Annually
