About This Role:

The Warranty Administration Analyst will serve as a crucial link between our internal teams and external clients, ensuring effective management of service contracts and warranty obligations. This role involves overseeing the fulfillment of warranty agreements, evaluating estimates, guiding clients on their contractual rights, and generating reports and bids related to service contracts and product warranties. The analyst will also assess current workflows to identify areas for enhancement and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Analyze and resolve issues in daily error reports related to model and part numbers.

+ Update and enhance customer-facing documentation on HVAC platforms, creating new materials as necessary.

+ Assist in both internal and external audit processes.

+ Provide training to internal teams and external clients upon request.

+ Offer support to our clientele through various communication channels.

+ Evaluate and process warranty claims exceeding specified monetary thresholds.

Required Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in warranty and customer service roles.

+ At least 1 year of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree is preferred.

+ Over 5 years of experience in warranty administration.

+ Proven experience in customer interaction.

+ Advanced skills in PowerPoint.

+ Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.

+ Proactive leadership in project management and issue resolution.

Pay Range:

$61,213 - $107,122 Annually
