Job Title: Field Sales Account Executive

CooperVision, a leading manufacturer of soft contact lenses, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the New Jersey territory, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
