Field Sales Account Executive

The Field Sales Account Executive position is responsible for driving sales growth and new account penetration in the New Jersey territory. This role requires building strong relationships with customers across all channels of distribution, utilizing a consultative selling style to identify and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed sales goals for the territory, established by sales management.
- Maximize time management skills to utilize opportunities in all stages of the sales funnel.
- Utilize a disciplined approach to sell to uncover and meet customer needs, with a full understanding and implementation of CVI sales platform.
- Maintain a territory call cycle, with approximately 5-7 pre-set appointments per workday.
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours, demonstrating a commitment to meeting customer needs quickly and accurately.
- Develop new business within the geographic territory, formulating and executing an effective call cycle plan to grow territory business.
- Maintain technical proficiency with CVI products and competitive products, staying current with industry trends and analysis.
- Articulate CVI Suite of products to educate customers and make recommendations to help grow their business.
- Develop customer marketing plans and promotions to grow business, monitoring to ensure return on investment.
- 4 years of B2B sales experience in any industry, with tangible product sales experience desirable.
- Experience exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of direct related experience.
- Valid driver's license and proof of minimum level of insurance coverage, with a satisfactory driving record.
This role requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer, with occasional travel within the territory and outside of the territory for conferences, site trainings, and regional meetings.
