CooperVision Field Sales Account Executive

CooperVision, a leading manufacturer of soft contact lenses, is seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the New Jersey territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively managing the sales funnel and utilizing a consultative selling style.
  • Maximize time management skills to optimize sales opportunities and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Develop and execute a call cycle plan to grow territory business and prepare account business plans with the Regional Director.
  • Utilize a strong business acumen and consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and profile the account.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and analysis, including Health Product Research data.
  • Articulate the value of CooperVision's products and services to customers and develop customer marketing plans to grow business.
Requirements:
  • 4 years of B2B sales experience in any industry, with tangible product sales experience desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a changing work environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make presentations to various sized customer groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools and CRM systems, including Salesforce and Tableau.
