Job Summary

The Field Sales Account Executive position is a key role within CooperVision, responsible for driving sales growth and new account penetration in the New Jersey territory. This individual will build strong relationships with customers across all channels of distribution, utilizing a consultative selling style to identify and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales goals for the territory, established by sales management
  • Maximize time management skills to optimize sales opportunities across the sales funnel
  • Develop and execute a call cycle plan to grow territory business, including preparing account business plans with the Regional Director
  • Develop new business within the geographic territory, including selling value-added products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and analysis, including Health Product Research data
Requirements
  • 4 years of B2B sales experience in any industry, with tangible product sales experience desirable
  • Ability to work independently, with a positive and constructive attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate, understand, prioritize, and meet customer needs
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make presentations to various sized customer groups
Work Environment

This role requires travel within the territory 80% of the time, with occasional travel outside of the territory for conferences, site trainings, and regional meetings. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and proof of minimum level of insurance coverage.
