Position Summary

This role is accountable for collaborating on intricate cross-enterprise deployments of new offerings or enhancements that are vital for client retention, sustaining market relevance, and addressing legislative and regulatory demands.

This position acts as a resource within the Product Implementation team, working alongside business and technology partners to guide projects from business case evaluation through to execution, adhering to the Product Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC).

The responsibilities include developing a comprehensive understanding of the scope and member implications of a specific business case, facilitating the breakdown of the business case, managing urgent and critical escalation items, and leading planning, requirements gathering, and cost/resource estimation processes.

This role is tasked with producing deliverables and presentations that enhance team comprehension and implementation efforts, maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders, and identifying and mitigating risks and issues.

The primary focus of this position is on outlining, crafting solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of the overall product implementation.

Additionally, this role involves monitoring adherence to industry and HCSC standards and processes, with a continuous emphasis on enhancing efficiencies, processes, and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation, or project management OR 6 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation, or project management.
*Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
*Excellent written, presentation, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven experience collaborating across various departments and levels of management, handling sensitive or challenging situations, and developing and delivering formal training to both internal and external clients.
*Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
*Experience working autonomously and in team settings, with the ability to respond to rapidly changing priorities.
*Proficient in identifying risks and issues and formulating mitigation strategies.
*Proactive in driving results, asking insightful questions, reaching out to stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.
*Analytical skills with a track record of applying business acumen to resolve challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

*Familiarity with the healthcare insurance sector and current trends related to new products/networks, as well as new legislation and interactions with government affairs.
*Degree in a field emphasizing critical thinking/problem-solving skills.
*Experience in consulting or client/product implementation within a large organization.
*Financial, estimating, and budget management experience related to projects, implementations, and/or operations.
*Skills in conflict management and resolution.
*Knowledge of or experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

This is a flexible position (3 days in the office; 2 days remote).
