To facilitate our expansion objectives, we are in search of a Client Relations Associate. This position reports to the Client Services Manager and is pivotal in delivering outstanding customer support while ensuring a smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As a member of our client services team, you will handle inquiries, resolve challenges, and guarantee client satisfaction. Your exceptional communication skills and strong organizational capabilities will be essential in fostering meaningful client interactions and ensuring our brand is positively perceived by our customers.

Primary Focus Areas:

  • Client Support: Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries through various channels, ensuring a constructive and supportive interaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Effectively address and resolve client complaints and issues, striving for a favorable outcome.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our offerings to deliver accurate information and assistance to clients.
  • Order Management: Support clients with order placement, tracking, and updates, ensuring prompt and precise delivery.
  • Feedback Gathering: Collect client feedback and relay insights to management for ongoing enhancement.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members to provide a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Event and Promotion Support: Assist in logistical preparations for events and promotional activities, including material preparation and schedule management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a client service role within the supplement, wellness, and consumer goods sectors is highly desirable, including:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and tools (Gorgias preferred) and Shopify.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a friendly demeanor with every client.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, organized, detail-oriented, team-oriented, and solution-focused.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Agile and collaborative work style, capable of meeting tight deadlines.

This position requires onsite work at a designated regional office.

The compensation for this role is anticipated to range between $25 to $30 per hour, reflecting the lower and upper ends of the expected salary range. The final salary will be influenced by various factors, including location, experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
