Key Responsibilities:

As a member of our client services team, you will handle inquiries, resolve challenges, and guarantee client satisfaction. Your exceptional communication skills and remarkable organizational capabilities will be pivotal in fostering meaningful client interactions and ensuring our brand is perceived positively by our customers.

Primary Focus Areas:

  • Client Support: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through various channels, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction.
  • Challenge Resolution: Effectively address and resolve client complaints and issues, ensuring a favorable outcome for the client.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to clients.
  • Order Management: Assist with order placement, tracking, and updates, ensuring timely and precise delivery.
  • Feedback Gathering: Collect client feedback and relay insights to the management team for ongoing enhancement.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Event and Promotion Support: Provide logistical assistance for events and promotional activities, including preparing materials and managing schedules.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a client service role within the supplement, wellness, and consumer goods sectors is highly preferred, including:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and tools (Gorgias preferred) and Shopify.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and a warm approach to every client.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Creative and innovative thinker, organized, detail-oriented, team player, and solution-focused.
