Overview:


The Global Client Relations Executive plays a pivotal role in collaborating with the sales team to cultivate, enhance, and maintain Business Banking connections with enterprises typically generating less than $10 million in revenue.

This position is accountable for the overall performance and expansion of the designated sales region. Acts as the primary liaison for the bank, managing relationships with clients within the assigned portfolio. Engages in the credit evaluation process, which encompasses Credit Underwriting, Portfolio Management, and Risk Assessment. Responsibilities in portfolio management include ensuring compliance with covenants and monitoring collateral.

Key Responsibilities:


Achieves or surpasses individual sales and retention objectives while adhering to corporate, legal, and regulatory standards regarding compliance.


Proactively develops existing relationships and seeks new business opportunities through client referrals and outreach efforts to align with the Bank's strategic objectives.

Collaborates closely with the team to generate, identify, qualify, and prioritize potential new clients.

Creates proposals and formulates sales strategies at an advanced level.

Builds, expands, and sustains referral networks.

Documents the relationship management process as necessary.

Assists clients in problem analysis and solution development.

Acts as an advocate for clients in securing appropriate credit and promoting additional products and services.

Structures and finalizes unsecured business financing.

Assesses business, management, industry, financial, and structural risks, documenting evaluations in credit approval documentation.

Organizes and leads comprehensive sales initiatives, including the creation of intricate, tailored proposals.

Strives to establish and maintain robust relationships with all stakeholders.

Maintains expert-level knowledge of all banking products and services.

Participates in special projects as required.

Must be willing to engage in community organizations and activities.


Complies with the requirements of the S.A.F.E Act and is expected to follow procedures, including notifying Human Resources of any changes in current status.


Qualifications:
8-10 years of recent experience in direct sales and International Personal Banking development within the banking sector. Required

Formal credit training or a strong understanding of credit and lending practices is essential. Required

Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, engage in independent banking sales activities, and provide credit support while maximizing cross-sell opportunities and relationship profitability.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

Licenses 7 and 66 are preferred.

Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline is required.

Licenses/Certifications:
FINRA licenses 7 and 66 are highly desirable. However, it is important to note that these licensing requirements may change over time.

Management may require employees in this role to obtain series 7 and 66 licenses, with the understanding that such licenses must be acquired within a specified timeframe from the date of request.
