Job Description

CooperSurgical is a leading fertility and women's healthcare company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that enhance the work of healthcare professionals.

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our Fertility Solutions Business Unit in the Northeast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all regional sales functions, including leading, developing, and coaching a high-performance sales team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device sales industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic and operational business plans to achieve sales goals, as well as ensuring compliance with all CooperSurgical policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the regional sales team to achieve sales, growth, and profitability goals
  • Develop and implement strategic and operational business plans to achieve sales goals
  • Ensure compliance with all CooperSurgical policies
  • Recruit, interview, hire, manage, and coach sales representatives
  • Instill a culture of accountability through active performance management and feedback

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device sales industry
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales management
  • Strong documented sales results over time for both individual and team level
  • Documented leadership ability and success as a hiring manager building and leading high-performance teams
  • Ability to create and execute strategic and operational business plans
