Hospice Business Development Executive

We provide 24/7 hospice care for individuals with limited life expectancies or those no longer willing to seek aggressive medical treatment. Our specially-trained team of healthcare professionals includes a medical director/physician, medical social worker, skilled nurse, home health aide, spiritual counselor, and hospice volunteer.

As a Hospice Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to expand our hospice services and increase revenue.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000-$110,000, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, sick time, and holiday pay.
Responsibilities- Develop new business strategies to identify and pursue high-value prospects, including physicians' practices, hospital, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, long-term acute care facilities, Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE), and other senior living settings.
- Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assist customers in accessing them when necessary.
- Promote a consistent flow of referrals and admissions, with a minimum performance level of at least 85% of target quota.
