Salary
In accordance with local regulations, we offer an annual total on-target earnings (OTE) range of USD $90K-$140K, encompassing all seniority levels eligible for this position. Offer packages may include additional compensation in the form of commission bonuses, equity, and/or benefits.
Job Description
This role emphasizes outbound lead generation and the ability to build relationships, uncover pain points, and provide innovative solutions as an SMB Account Executive focused on driving new business growth for CodeSignal's Hire product suite. Key responsibilities include executing targeted outbound sales strategies, qualifying leads, conducting product demos, negotiating contract terms, and closing deals to meet or exceed targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you will require expert-level skills in outbound prospecting, data-driven selling techniques, discovery, overcoming objections, customer mapping, and negotiation. Additionally, strong project management and execution skills, as well as experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, Sales, or Engineering departments, are highly desirable.
