Curi RMB Capital LLC, a rapidly growing national registered investment advisory firm (RIA), is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to join our team in Chicago. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead sales efforts and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.
Job DescriptionWe are committed to delivering superior investment outcomes for our clients, including high-net worth individuals and families, foundations, corporations, universities, and institutional clients. As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, establishing processes, and driving revenue growth through key client referral platforms.
You will oversee all aspects of the sales function, including team leadership, strategic planning, business development, and leveraging data analytics to enhance sales processes. Your expertise will be essential in training, mentoring, and coaching new and tenured team members to consistently achieve strong results.
This role requires a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Services and 5 years in a senior sales leadership position. You should have experience working with the Fidelity WAS referral program and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Familiarity with Salesforce and support org functionality is also preferred.
