  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of our employees.

Minimum requirements include:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing the service industry, preferably janitorial services.

  • Strong understanding of MS Suite applications.
  • Must be able to think critically and develop effective solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
