Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans to meet company objectives, work with the sales team to maintain accurate records in CRM, leverage business intelligence tools to identify new leads, collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales processes, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field, 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, and experience in different sales techniques, including cold calls, social media, and email outreaches.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
