We're seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team in Chicago. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies, managing lead pipelines, and nurturing existing client relationships.

Job Overview

This is a full-time position with a base salary of $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. You will work in a dynamic office environment, collaborating with a growing team to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage lead pipelines and nurture existing client relationships
  • Generate marketing solutions using Hubspot and Zoominfo
  • Responsible for attendee management, registration, communications, food & beverage, function space, decor design and management, logistics coordination, risk mitigation, event design and flow, creative, content, A/V, production, and speaker management
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager with:

  • 3+ years business development experience
  • High-level communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience working in Hubspot CRM and Canva
  • MUST HAVE experience in the Corporate Event Planning or similar business service industry
