Job Description

">

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our SDR+BDR team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience of business development processes to help us architect and implement an effective strategy with protocols and performance metrics for the SDR+BDR team to ensure revenue growth and expand our customer base.

">

This role will involve helping create processes and performance metrics, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, working with the SDR+BDR team to maintain a CRM database, leveraging CRM, databases, and other Business Intelligence tools to identify prospects, and collaborating with Account Executives, Marketing, and other stakeholders to optimize sales processes and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

">

Experience in different sales techniques, including cold calls, social media, and email outreaches, proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Business Tools.
