AssuredPartners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity across the region.
  • Agency Management Systems: Manage and maintain agency management systems, including data integrity, reporting, and system validation.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and implement quality control processes to maintain high levels of service excellence.
  • Business Development and Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership and Training: Lead and develop a team of operations professionals, providing training and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Property and Casualty License: Required
