Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to join our team at AssuredPartners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for increasing service excellence, efficiency, and professionalism throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the integration team to ensure seamless transitions during new acquisitions and assist newly acquired agencies during the transition period.
  • Monitor compliance with various quality control initiatives and ensure adherence to quality control processes associated with acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Conversion team, Agency Management Vendors, Accounting, and IT Departments to successfully migrate AssuredPartners regional acquisitions Agency Management System data into integrated systems.
  • Determine access rights within EPIC for new hires and transferring employees, and review access rights with Managers or Presidents of all agencies on a semi-annual basis.
  • Provide M&A Support for System conversions, including mapping and system validation projects in collaboration with Ops leads.
  • Coordinate service and data transition related to the sale of an AssuredPartners Profit Center or Producer Book of Business to a third party.
  • Evaluate and prioritize technical issues related to various Agency Management Systems, assist service staff from all agencies with solving system workflow issues, and maintain the integrity of Agency Management System data, documentation, and historical information.
  • Implement and educate agencies within the region on new and existing technology that aids with gaining efficiencies within the branch.
  • Manage and monitor Surplus Lines workflow, and work closely with the Corporate Operations Team to facilitate the successful integration of corporate programs and initiatives within the Region.
  • Participate in special projects and other additional duties as needed.

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty license required
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent; five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ideal candidates will be professional and congenial, with inquisitive personalities and the ability to think critically
  • Must be driven, self-starting, and coachable, with a high level of maturity
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business documents, and a high capacity for learning
  • Must have the ability to travel and work from remote locations as needed
